参赛作品要反映桐乡市第十三次党代会以来建设成就、精神风貌和人文风景，题材不限，要求内容健康、角度新颖、富有感染力，不接受已在省级以上影展、影赛中获奖的作品。
四、参赛范围
市级机关各部门（单位）、各镇（街道）机关在职在编人员。
五、参赛要求
1．参赛者每人提交作品1至5件；参赛作品单幅、组照均可（组照视为一件作品，限8幅以内）。
2．摄影作品必须为本人原创，作品可进行后期制作，但必须是自己拍摄的素材。
3 ．本次大赛只接受网络图片投稿，图片格式为JPG ，上传时宽度请直接使用1024像素，图片容量大小请控制在2M以内。
4．作品接收办法：登陆桐乡市摄影家协会网站（网址：），完成注册后在网站活动专区进行 投稿。如参赛作品入选，需提供作品原件和参赛件。
5．参赛作品接收截止时间：2013年11月30日。
6．请以各部门，镇、街道为单位汇总后填写作品登记表（详见附件）上报至市直机关党工委宣教科。
四、奖项设置
1．设一等奖2名、二等奖4名、三等奖8名、优秀奖若干名。
2．本次大赛不收参赛费，不退稿，主办单位有权将所有获奖作品和入选作品用于展览、出版画册和对外宣传，不另付稿酬。所有作品如涉及著作权、版权、肖像或名誉权纠纷，均有作者本人负责。
3．主办单位将根据实际情况，组织作品展示并编印出版作品集。获奖作品可作为加入桐乡市摄影家协会条件之一。
